If you like, come early at 9am for coffee, refreshments and friendship Also, bring your freshest stories, revelations and insights… As you know, ‘show and tell’ works awesomely.

We always share a meal together. Bring a side dish to share if it's easy for you!!! Please let us know how many are coming with you so we can have the appropriate amount of food available.
